My real estate career began in 1993 by purchasing a building lot to have my custom dream home built. During the transaction, I found that I loved every aspect of the building and home buying process; from the excitement and challenge of finding the right home to the inventive advertising language, to touring homes, and the negotiation and closing process. My passion for real estate was sparked, and I decided to pursue a real estate license. I have since discovered that I enjoy this industry; namely, the fast pace, working with families, and the ever changing market that presents a new challenge every day. Over the last 20 years I have developed a comprehensive knowledge of the Charleston, SC real estate market, making a career out of it along the way.
Originally from New England, I relocated to Charleston in 1988 and have enjoyed the Low Country living. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and am a licensed Realtor and a member of Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS©.

Some of my hobbies include coaching soccer, fitness training, and running road races all over the Low Country including the annual Cooper River Bridge run, which I have been running since 1989. If I am not running road races or showing property I enjoy supporting my children’s sporting events, spending time with family and friends, or attending the many local events offered around Charleston.

I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals. We work together to create a tailor-made experience to achieve these goals as smoothly as possible. At my disposal I have many professionals including attorneys, mortgage advisors, and meticulous inspectors who all play integral parts in this process. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, are a first time buyer, or an investor with a 1031 exchange, I have the knowledge and experience to exceed your expectations. I have outstanding marketing skills, and am assertive, organized and determined to represent your best interests and needs. It is my hope to exceed your expectations.
